A business sector (企業) is an independent economic entity (economic unit) that engages in economic activities with a fixed plan and continuous intention.
A business sector (企業, kigyō) or corporate sector - sometimes popularly called simply "business" - is "the part of the economy made up by companies" (from Wikipedia).
In other words, an organization or group that engages in economic activities for the purpose of making money or for some other purpose is called a corporation.
